Let's TalkBuilt by Operators, for Operators
Why EHI?
Our approach is simple: eliminate overhead, optimize operations, and drive measurable results. We don't add layers of management — we find the inefficiencies and remove them.
What We Do
Designed to maximize efficiency and drive measurable results across all aspects of your operation.
Lean operations management. Right-sized staffing models. Systems that reduce waste while simultaneously improving guest satisfaction scores and operational efficiency.
Data-driven pricing strategies. We don't guess — we analyze market dynamics, demand patterns, and competitive positioning to ensure you're never leaving money on the table.
Targeted strategies that drive bookings without overspending. We leverage both in-house capabilities and third-party partnerships to deliver maximum return on your marketing investment.
Profitable F&B programs through menu engineering, vendor negotiations, and cost controls that never sacrifice quality. Every program is optimized for your specific market.
Transparent budgets and accurate forecasting. You'll have real-time visibility into every dollar spent and why. No surprises. Complete financial accountability.
Property Improvement Plans can be overwhelming and expensive if not managed correctly. We handle the entire process A to Z — scope review, budgeting, vendor selection, timeline management, and final compliance — so every renovation dollar is spent with purpose.
Built for Owners Who Watch the Bottom Line
Our founders are owners too. You don't need a management company that adds layers of overhead. You need one that eliminates them.
Lean management structure. We keep costs down without compromising service quality or operational excellence.
Vendor negotiations across all properties reduce costs without sacrificing quality. Your money goes further.
Real-time financial visibility. Know exactly where every dollar goes and why. No surprises, no hidden costs.
Our principals are directly involved in your properties — not delegated to junior staff. You're working with experienced operators who care about results.
Our Portfolio
Across acquisitions, PIP execution, turnarounds, and ongoing management.
Acquired February 2023 and managed under a management contract. The property was mid-renovation at takeover. EHI directed the completion of the Formula Blue Property Improvement Plan from start to finish — coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and controlling costs — while keeping guest satisfaction at all-time highs and increasing hotel revenue above pre-pandemic levels.
EHI assisted with the acquisition process and manages this select-service property under a management contract. The property will undergo a Property Improvement Plan, with EHI guiding the entire process — from scope assessment and budgeting through vendor coordination and completion — ensuring every dollar of the renovation is spent strategically.
